At Koshna, we are committed to providing you with highest quality spices and want you to be happy with your spices.
RETURNS
If you feel 'meh' about your order, please email us within 10 business days after receiving your item to request a return, and we will refund it.
Please note: We are unable to offer any returns once the products are opened due to contamination issues.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@koshna.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Please let us know the reason you are returning it.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges at the moment.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
You can change or cancel your order as long as it is not dispatched. We usually dispatch the order the following business day. We are unable to make any changes once the order is dispatched.
DAMAGES AND ORDER ISSUES
We understand your spices may arrive damaged or we may have added a wrong item to your order. In such a scenario, please email us immediately at hello@koshna.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Please be sure to include your order number and write 'order issues' in the subject line.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@koshna.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
